Rhubarb Cake

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 beaten egg
1 cup sour milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
2 cups chopped rhubarb

Mix all of above and put in pan.

In a separate bowl, mix 3/4 cup brown sugar and 3 tsp. cinnamon.
Put this on top of cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
